STATE CENTER COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT WALL OF HONOR INDUCTION CEREMONY

State Center Community College District honored the 2020 Wall of Honor inductees during a special ceremony Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at Fresno City College in the Old Administration Building, Room 251. This year’s inductees include Monique S. Kelley, Yolanda Randles, and Dolphas W. Trotter (posthumously).

Monique S. Kelly MPAcc, CPA is a nationally recognized accounting educator at Fresno City College. She and her father Marshall Kelley, who was inducted in 2017, are the first father/daughter inductees on the Wall of Honor. Yolanda Randles, MPH is the executive director of the West Fresno Family Resource Center and a graduate of Fresno City

College. Dolphas Windell Trotter (posthumously) was superintendent of new Millennium Charter School and interim superintendent of West Fresno School District. He also served on the board of the State Center Community College Foundation. Attached are bios and photos for each of the honorees.

The Wall of Honor was originally established at the Old Administration Building but was later moved to the African American Historical and Cultural Museum. This is the 23rd induction ceremony of the Wall of Honor which is sponsored by State Center Community College District and recognizes the contributions of outstanding African Americans. Those inducted must have either attended or worked on behalf of State Center Community College District at one of its colleges, centers or district office. The District includes Fresno City College, Reedley College, Clovis Community College, Madera Community College Center, Oakhurst Community College Center and the Career & Technology Center.
