Participants enter this program with tremendous potential and enthusiasm and graduate months later transformed into individuals who have realized their true leadership abilities and talent. These dedicated students will be put through the paces as they develop and execute a major project that leaves a lasting and positive impact on the community; participate in a self-improvement and development retreat; organize and attend a leadership mission and devote one full day each and every month to an intensive learning program.
