FRESNO – The Fresno Convention and Entertainment Center has announced a new five-year agreement keeping the annual West Coast Bible Conference, which recently celebrated its 31st year, at the Fresno Convention Center for 2015-2019.

Center officials worked hand-in-hand with the Fresno/Clovis Convention and Visitors Bureau to make sure the annual four-day conference, bringing an average of 3,000 people a day, stays in Fresno.

“We appreciate our long standing business relationship with this very important client and look forward to continuing our partnership,” said Bill Overfelt, general manager, FCEC/SMG.

The West Coast Bible Conference brings an average of 900-plus room nights to Fresno each year, generating hotel room tax for the City of Fresno and creating significant local economic impact.
