FRESNO – Lynn Higdon of Riverdale, Calif. is the grand prize winner of a newly-built, $425,000 house announced during the 10th Annual St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway Special, which raised $1,053,200 for the kids of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Her winning ticket was pulled during the KMPH FOX 26 live drawing last night.
The house is located in the De Young CountryCourt community in Clovis. It was built by major donor De Young Properties with support from various local suppliers and housing subcontractors. St. Jude patients Sarah Bordona, Audra Koelewyn, Cash Shank and Chase Burch drew the winners of 20 other prizes.
