FRESNO – Sources say that the stabbing homicide victim near The Hashtag cafe in the Tower District has been identified as local filmmaker Eric Catlapp. Catlapp operated The Filmmakers Workshop, and was also a member of the Community Media Access Collaborative in downtown Fresno.
