12th Annual Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home® House Opens to the Public!

Clovis, Calif. (October 2, 2015) –De Young Properties opens the 12th annual Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway house to the public on Saturday, October 3, 9 a.m. Just for visiting, attendees can enter FREE for a chance to win a $10,000 shopping spree to Mor Furniture for Less. The house will be open Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sundays from noon – 5 p.m. through November 1.

The house, which was built by major donor and sponsor De Young Properties, is located in the Park View community in Clovis and is valued at approximately $450,000. The house features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, is a multi-generational home and includes many upgrades including GE stainless steel appliances, professionally landscaped yard with a custom-built Fire Bowl, expansive kitchen island and much more. Other prizes include Aveda Beauty Care Products & gift certificate to Amenities Aveda Day Spa & Salon, a luxury suite at a 2016 Fresno Grizzlies Game as well as many other high-end prizes.

Winners will be announced live on KMPH FOX 26 on Sunday, November 8. A limited number of tickets are available and can be reserved for $100 at any Fresno County Federal Credit Union branches, Fresno Coin Gallery locations, De Young Welcome Centers or by calling (800) 543-5887.
