Measure G Fails to Pass by Slim Margin

FRESNO – The last of the ballots have been counted, and Measure G, which would have outsourced the City of Fresno’s trash services, has failed, losing 50.73 percent of the vote.

“Now it’s time for us all to work together to revitalize our local economy, recruit new businesses, and make Fresno a better place to live, work, and raise our families,” said former Fresno County supervisor and a No on G campaign leader Susan Anderson in a release.
